THE SILENCE

LIFE CHANGING

I grew up with a father who was first a priest, then an officer with three medals of merit. From him, I learned that spiritual life is a serious matter, requiring discipline, responsibility, and heart.

This family story prompted me, from a young age, to wonder if there was a concrete way to help people pray, meditate, and find peace, beyond religious labels.

I began searching for answers in India, traveling for years from south to north, from small ashrams to large sacred cities, studying Patanjali's Sutras, meeting yoga masters and Buddhist monks with whom I remain in touch to this day. I spent long periods in monasteries and retreats, sitting in silence, observing what truly happens to the mind when it trains in presence.

This journey has never been spiritual tourism: it has been a dogged search for what works, deeply respecting every tradition.

What is meditation for?

Over time, I've come to understand that meditation can be a common language between different paths. For Christians, it helps them enter the heart of prayer; for yoga practitioners, it brings them union with the One; for Buddhists, it brings clarity without attachment.

My job is not to mix everything together, but to build a bridge: to honor each person's roots and offer a clear method for reaching the same inner place of silence, attention, and loving kindness.

This is why I am writing a book that brings together Patanjali, the Christian tradition, Buddhism, and modern neuroscience, showing how meditation can be a profoundly human and, at the same time, spiritual act.

THE METHOD

trains the body and the breath so that the mind can stop.

1

Teaches how to direct attention in a stable and gentle way, without effort

2

opens the door to true silence, the one in which experience becomes profound.

3

Many people have confided in me that they “can’t meditate” or “can’t pray silently anymore.”

Almost always some fundamental step was missing.

From meditations in temples and churches, from the study of the Sutras, from retreats with Indian and Buddhist masters, and from scientific research on the mind, a three-step path was born.

MEDITATION, BRAIN AND SCIENCE

To understand what really happens in the nervous system during meditation, I also chose to train in clinical hypnosis at the university level, in the medical field.

I wasn't interested in just any technique: I wanted to understand which words, which images, which timing affect the brain, the attention networks, the autonomic responses, the perception of pain and stress.

Scientific studies show that well-structured meditation practices can modulate the activity of brain areas involved in emotional regulation, reduce cortisol levels, improve sleep, memory, blood pressure, heart rate variability, and stress resilience.

In my work, this knowledge becomes a concrete support for meditative practice: spirituality loses nothing, but gains precision.

“Meditation works

when we accompany

the mind by the hand,

instead of demanding silence.

CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY

THE SCIENTIFIC POWER OF THE MIND

The hypnosis I use is not a show or entertainment.

It is clinical hypnosis, learned in a university context, integrated with rehabilitation medicine and my long experience with yoga and meditation.

Through a state of focused attention and protected relaxation, we work together on profound processes: managing anxiety, pain, sleep disorders, ingrained habits, and the effects of chronic stress.

Verbal guidance is constructed in a predictable and verifiable way based on physiological indicators: breathing, muscle tone, heart rate, and presence. We always work with shared goals, informed consent, and a clear explanation of what is happening.

Hypnosis thus becomes a complementary tool to traditional medicine and psychotherapy, capable of supporting paths of conscious change and improving the quality of life.

KEY DIFFERENCE OF CLINICAL HYPNOSIS IN MY PRACTICE

In my practice, hypnosis is part of an integrated approach. I can combine it, when appropriate, with bodywork, breathing, meditation techniques, and Ayurvedic readings.

This allows you to simultaneously work on your body, emotions, deep-seated beliefs, and daily habits. It's not a quick course, but a professional process that combines medical rigor, spiritual experience, and human sensitivity.

Each program begins with an introductory interview, where we evaluate your history, any diagnoses or ongoing therapies, and the limitations and possibilities of hypnosis in your specific case.

“The mind is sacred, but it also remains an organ:

knowing her well is an act of respect.

PATH OF INNER BALANCE

Choosing a meditation and clinical hypnosis program with me means entering a private, quiet space, where every detail is taken care of, where your story is listened to with respect and where nothing is standard.

Every breath, every word, every silence is meant to help you find a stable point within yourself: for some it's serenity, for others it's rediscovered faith, for others still it's simply the opportunity to live with less fear and more presence.

FAQ

  • What will I feel during hypnosis?

In most cases, you'll feel a deep relaxation of the body, while the mind remains alert and able to listen. Some people describe a feeling of serene detachment from their thoughts, as if they were observing them from outside. You can speak, ask for clarification, or interrupt at any time. Nothing happens without your consent.

  • Is it suitable for everyone?

Clinical hypnosis can be helpful for many people, but it's not for everyone and isn't recommended for certain psychological or psychiatric conditions. Therefore, we always conduct a thorough assessment before beginning and, if necessary, work in collaboration with your doctor or psychotherapist.

  • How many sessions are needed?

It depends on the goal. Some specific issues can improve in just a few sessions, while deeper approaches require gradual work. After the first meeting, based on your nervous system's response and the complexity of your request, I'll propose a realistic and transparent plan.

  • Is this a medical treatment?

The clinical hypnosis I use is based on a university education and is integrated with knowledge of rehabilitation medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation. It does not replace the advice of your doctor or any ongoing therapies, but can be used in conjunction with them when appropriate.
