YOGA
YOGA
IN MOTHER EARTH
It's not a sequence of positions. It's a new way of inhabiting your body.
The yoga I propose is born where yoga was born.
In India, for more than twenty years, the government has granted me the use of a space inside the oldest temple overlooking the city, in a reserved and paid area dedicated to the brother of Ganesha, son of Shiva and Parvati.
During my courses, I take students there at dawn, enveloped in the scents, the sounds of mantras, and the light that streams between the statues. It is in these places that I have trained generations of practitioners, doctors, and yoga teachers.
I represented Italy at the Mumbai World Conference on Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation, bringing an integrated vision of ancient practice and modern research. It's this experience that I carry with me every time I enter my studio in Florence.

Yoga becomes medicine when you stop copying poses and start listening to a real body, your own.

a room built around one person at a time
In my studio, yoga is practiced in a room designed to preserve silence. I've built washable partitions over the walls to minimize outside noise and interference.
The wall colors are chosen according to specific light frequencies, in harmony with the chakras and the type of work we'll be doing together. Each mat, cushion, support, and tool is selected to make you feel supported, safe, and respected.
I receive one person at a time.
This allows you to modulate intensity, posture and breathing with a care that is impossible in a crowded class.
Personalized Yoga Programs in Florence with Dr. Ettore Messinas
In Florence, I offer individual yoga sessions for those who want more than a group class. Each session is tailored to your needs: together, we assess your physical condition, energy levels, stress levels, recurring ailments, and experience level.
We can work on musculoskeletal pain, posture, breathing, emotional management, profound fatigue, or create a path of inner growth that combines meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda.
The pace is calibrated to your real life, not to a gym schedule.
The goal is for yoga to become a practical and concrete tool to help you live each day with greater clarity, less pain, and more presence.
path to inner balance
"I'm not asking you to adapt to yoga.
I create yoga that adapts to your body, your history and your soul."
