courses

For over thirty years, I have lived massage and Ayurveda every day, in the studio and in the classroom. I have taught in India and Italy, in beauty schools, universities, in my private practice, and in various other educational settings. I have a degree in Physiotherapy, a specialization in Physical Rehabilitation Medicine, an Ayurvedic instructor for XEN, and the executive director of an Ayurvedic massage school in Pune (near Mumbai, India), where I have collaborated for about twenty years, along with two Indian university professors. I have also taught Indian therapists, introducing them to the integration of authentic Ayurvedic massage with the precision of Western anatomy and physiology.

Added to this are around forty diplomas in almost all the main massage techniques, acquired over many years of study and practice, in Italy and abroad, including Switzerland and very exclusive contexts, to closely observe what is really on offer in the high-end wellness market.

This is why today I offer primarily personalized courses, designed for experienced massage therapists who want to make a real leap in quality, but also for those who want to begin massage in a serious and professional manner.

The training program is enriched by my expertise acquired in the Italian and international markets. Guests can also request a personalized course and a dedicated assessment to identify the most suitable program for their needs.

Professional Ayurveda courses and massage training

The course structure is designed to truly teach, not to sell a certificate in two days.

We typically work on a module lasting a few weeks, with about two hours of work per week during which I guide you directly in the studio, and the following week I ask you to repeat and consolidate what you've seen.

This way, we can verify step by step that the technique has been understood, felt, and integrated into your style, avoiding the usual "hit-and-run" courses that are quickly forgotten and only waste money and time.

In addition to individual courses, I also teach group courses when appropriate, both in my own practice and in collaboration with select beauty schools and training institutions. In all cases, the focus remains the same: combining the heart of authentic Ayurveda with the safety and precision of physical rehabilitation and anatomy, to offer effective, respectful, and truly professional treatments.

The diplomas I issue at the end of the program aren't just a piece of paper, but the culmination of concrete work on your hands, posture, listening to your body, and taking responsibility for those who trust you.
