AYURVEDA
The essence of a thousand-year-old knowledge
EXPERIENCED IN INDIAN CLINICS
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest medical sciences, originating in India over six thousand years ago. Its name derives from the Sanskrit: "Ayus" means "life," "Veda" means "knowledge." It is therefore the "knowledge of life"—a system of healing and well-being that considers the human being as a whole, in balance with nature and one's inner world.
For over twenty years, I have been accompanying groups of physiotherapists, massage therapists, and yoga teachers in India, to clinics where Ayurveda is used every day to treat real people.
I am the executive director of a massage school located in a health facility connected to two professors from the Pune University faculty.
This allows me to bring to Florence protocols and knowledge born from the intersection of modern research, clinical practice, and Ayurvedic tradition.
Every treatment you receive in my practice is the result of this experience: precise movements, selected medicated oils, a careful understanding of your constitution, and a focus on your life journey, integrated with Western medicine and physiotherapy.

THE PRINCIPLES OF AYURVEDA
AND HOW I TEACH THEM TO PROFESSIONALS
According to Ayurveda, each person has their own unique combination of elements and vital forces. It's not an abstract theory. For me, it means choosing oils, massage techniques, times, and lifestyle recommendations differently for each body, based on its history, habits, and fragilities.
When I train operators in India and Italy, I teach them to read these elements in their breathing, skin, gaze and posture, to transform a simple massage into a truly therapeutic act.
Before each Ayurvedic treatment, we evaluate your medical history, medications you're taking, and your most pressing goals. From there, we create a customized treatment program, which may include Ayurvedic massages, breathing techniques, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations, complemented by physiotherapy and clinical hypnosis when necessary.
PATH
TAILORED TO YOU
Air, water, earth, fire, and space aren't just symbols. In my practice, they correspond to breathing, tissue hydration, muscular stability, metabolic heat, and the ability to stay present. Every Ayurvedic treatment you receive in my office works on these aspects in a concrete way, so that you can feel more stable, lighter, and clearer within.
THE FIVE ELEMENTS
IN YOUR BODY
When the five elements return to dialogue,
the body stops defending itself and starts healing again
"True healing begins when you feel like the only expected guest."
